Dear Parent/Guardian/Learner

We are pleased to offer an exciting educational trip to Frankfurt, Germany, exclusively for Level 3 Aeronautical/Engineering Year 2 learners.

The trip is scheduled for Monday 23^rd June to Friday 27^th June 2025; learners will fly into Frankfurt and stay at a centrally located hostel for four nights, five days.

This experience will give learners the opportunity to visit various aviation and engineering companies and museums.  Highlights, will include a visit to the prestigious Rolls Royce company, as well as other cultural activities, including a visit to our twin town, Obsrursel, near Frankfurt.

The total cost for the trip will be £550.  This price includes flights and all travel, accommodation, breakfast and main meals, and entrance fees for several events and attractions. 

To secure a place on the trip, a deposit payment of £150, must be made by Wednesday 26^th March 2025 via the college on-line store. The remaining balance of £400 will be due no later than 30^th April 2025.

A detailed presentation of the weeks schedule will be provided to all learners after the Easter break once all timings, dates, and day-to-day activities have been finalised. 

There will be 4 staff members accompanying the learners, ensuring an excellent staff-to-student ratio.
